I have spent my career identifying organizational deficiencies, optimizing work practices and learning about business operations. In 2019, I took this knowledge and started my own journey into the world of HOP. This ignited my passion in learning from those who know the work the best to discover what was previously unknown. I will partner with you and your organization to change the way that you learn from operations in order to improve problem identification and increase organizational resilience.
