Through HOP Fundamentals, you and your teams will gain insights into what makes HOP a different approach, foundational principles and concepts as well as HOP aligned terminology and language.

We should not be waiting for something "bad" to happen to take the time to learn. Heather can work with you and your teams to build the skills in order to learn what is happening in your organization and how work is actually getting done. With this information, you will be able to identify gaps and make improvements.

Embark on your own Learning Team journey by having engaged HOP advocates be trained in the art of Learning Teams. Heather offers Learning Team Facilitator Training to small groups of these individuals in your organization to build on their skills and provide a new way to explore learning.

We know that the reality of how work is happening rarely (if ever) is an exact mirror of our policies, procedures and expectations. Through the use of a Black Line/Blue Line Discussion, we can discover where differences exists and where we have opportunities to improve our systems/rules/procedures to support how work is getting done.

Throughout your HOP journey, there will be challenges, questions, frustrations, successes, mistakes, etc. Heather will partner with you to help maneuver through whatever comes your way.

Navigating how accountability fits with a HOP approach can be challenging. Heather will guide you through the differences between People Problems, Performance Problems and System Problems. She will also help you to best determine how to address each.

As a Learning Team Facilitator, and outside perspective, Heather can conduct Learning Teams on a variety of topics that are impacting your organization. This could be a work practice, tool, process, procedure, event, trend, etc. Through the use of Learning Teams, the reality of how work gets done can be discovered.
